Her younger sister is Raven Lockheart also known as Loki whom takes shelter with Elphia.

She can be sort of a robin hood stealing from the richer and giving to teh poor (or keeping for herself) she never really steals from those who need what they have but if they have extra or soemthing Loki desires greatly, she makes it her own.
